Terms & Condition

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all guests attending the Supper Club (“Event”) organised by [Your Business Name]. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.

2. Tickets & Payment

  • All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official booking platform or directly from the organiser.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the organiser.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your place is only confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another date (if available).
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • If the organiser must cancel or reschedule the event, all guests will be notified, and a full refund or new date will be offered.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

  • Guests must inform the organiser of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or intolerances at least 5 days prior to the event.
  • While every effort will be made to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Arrival & Timing

  • Doors open at 7:30 PM, with dinner service beginning promptly.
  • The evening concludes at 10:30 PM.
  • Please arrive on time to ensure you enjoy the full experience.

6. Dress Code

  • The dress code for the evening is casual.

7. Alcohol & Behaviour

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

8. Photography & Media

  • The organiser may take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the organiser upon arrival.

9. Liability

  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, except where required by law.
  • Guests attend and participate at their own risk.

10. Changes to the Event

  • The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable menu or venue changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. supplier issues, safety considerations).
